Normal shipping times and rates do
NOT apply to wine cellars, cooling units, wine racks, wine preservation, Wine Keeper systems and their components, items shipped from manufacturers or freight collect, and personalized items. Because of size and/or weight, some items require an additional shipping surcharge. Shipping for large items will vary according to destination, and will be charged to your account when calculated.
Most wine storage units and racking systems are built to order by the manufacturer and require additional delivery time. All wine storage units, racking systems and cooling units require pre-payment at the time of order. A 15% restocking charge will be imposed on any cancellations after 7 days from the order date. The customer is responsible for all freight charges. We recommend that the customer carefully inspect all merchandise before signing the release with the freight carrier.
