Asked Questions When will my order ship? Our goal is to process all orders within 1 business day of receipt. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday your order will be processed and shipped the next business day. Subject to availability. How long will it take to receive my order once it is shipped? All orders are shipped UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified by customer. If your order requires expedited shipping service please call 1-800-946-3788. Depending on destination, please allow 4-7 business days for shipping. For estimated delivery time to your state, read our shipping policies. What if an item is out of stock? Occasionally, some items may be out of stock. Our website contains inventory availability for each item, so you can only order items that are in stock. From time to time, an item that says it is available turns out not to be. If this is the case, your order will be automatically back ordered and your credit card will be charged in order to reserve your item. When are back orders shipped? Most back orders ship within 7–14 days. However, some items, may take longer. Backordered items will be shipped immediately upon availability. To check on the status of a back order, contact us. I ordered engraving, how long does this take? Although each job is different, normally it takes 3-5 business days. More advanced jobs will take longer. What is our return policy on engraving? Engraved items are not returnable unless WE make a mistake in spelling. We will spell the engraving exactly as you submit it with your order. Please double check your spelling! What if an item cannot be engraved? If an item cannot be engraved for any reason, the item will be shipped to you without engraving and the cost of engraving will be refunded. |
