Returns & Exchanges
Decanters.com has a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not
happy with any stock item, you may return it for a prompt exchange, credit,
or refund within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.
All merchandise must be returned in new condition with all original boxes,
packing material, documentation, and instructions. Customized items, software
items, special order items and shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We can only issue a refund or credit to the original purchaser. So we
may process your return more quickly, please contact
us prior to returning merchandise.

Warranty Information
Many of the products sold by Decanters.com come with a Limited Warranty
provided by the product manufacturer. While Decanters.com will attempt
to facilitate any warranty work between our customers and manufacturers,
all warranties are provided solely by the manufacturers.
Decanters.com makes no express warranties of any kind and disclaims any
implied warranties, including the implied warranty of fitness for a particular
purpose and the implied warranty of merchantability. Decanters.com shall
have no liability to any person or entity with respect to any liability,
loss or damage, including actual, indirect, special, incidental or consequential
damage, caused directly or indirectly by the use or performance of any
product sold by Decanters.com. Your rights may vary from state to state.

Notifications & Emails
After your initial online order, we will send you a confirmation email.
It will include a list of the products you ordered, the address that the
shipment will be sent to, and the total amount that will be charged to
your credit card. You will also receive an order number that can be referenced,
in case you have any questions, concerns, or you would like to request
a change to your order.
You will receive a second email once your order has been shipped. This
will list the status of all items ordered, date of processing, shipping
method, and will include a tracking number if the package is sent UPS.
The email will also indicate out-of-stock items.

Products Availability
Unless otherwise noted all titles are in stock and will be available for
shipping as soon as the order is received.
- What if an item is out of stock?
Occasionally, some items may be out of stock. Our website contains inventory
availability for each item, so you can only order items that are in
stock. From time to time, an item that says it is available turns out
not to be. If this is the case, your order will be automatically back
ordered and your credit card will be charged in order to reserve your
item.
- When are back orders shipped?
Most back orders ship within 7–14 days. However, some items, may
take longer. Backordered items will be shipped immediately upon availability.
