To track your package you will need a tracking number provided to you
in an e-mail sent to you from our customer service department. Your email
will contain the
tracking number and the carrier, as well as the service used to deliver
the package. If you've received a shipping confirmation email but no real
information is being displayed or it appears to be invalid, please wait
a few hours the carriers system to update.
